Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of Dave Boeing, PE, ENV SP, to associate vice president. Boeing is a principal engineer for the land development practice based in Leesburg.
With 35 years of experience, Boeing has spent his career
focused on land development projects across the mid-Atlantic, including real
estate and commercial development, community facilities, water, and
transportation projects for state/local, commercial, and federal clients. His
background includes site/civil engineering, land use, utility coordination and
design, stormwater management and drainage design, and roadway design.
Boeing earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
from the University of Illinois (1988).
