Dewberry Vice President Devin Keeler, PE, LEED AP, has recently been designated to serve on the Virginia Chamber’s Infrastructure Executive Committee. This newly established committee will focus on the implementation of policies and initiatives created in the Virginia Chamber Blueprint Virginia 2030 plan, including advanced infrastructure, efficient permitting processes, and the expansion of transportation networks and industry workforce initiatives. The goal of the Infrastructure Executive Committee will be to collaborate with industry experts and business executives across multiple markets, positioning Virginia as a leading state for efficient and sustainable infrastructure supporting long-term financial and economic growth.
Keeler has 20 years of experience planning, designing, and leading infrastructure projects throughout Virginia. His experience includes design, permitting, and construction of projects across the higher education, energy, mission critical facilities, water resources, and environmental markets.
“I’m thrilled to begin working with this committee and the Virginia Chamber,” says Keeler. “The Infrastructure Executive Committee is made up of some of the commonwealth’s best leaders and policymakers.”
Two additional Dewberry employees also serve in leadership roles for the Virginia Chamber, including Chief Marketing Officer Elizabeth Scarce who serves on the board of directors, and President Darren Conner, PE, who serves as a member of the Business Climate Committee.
Keeler earned his bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and land surveying from Purdue University (2005). He is a member of the Virginia chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Political Action Committee, and the Crater Planning District Commission’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee.
