Nelles brings more than 20 years of experience working with high-profile clients across multiple market segments, including real estate and commercial development, justice, and community facilities. “Erica’s diverse background of architecture projects, her strong critical thinking skills, strategic planning approach, and dedication to finding innovative solutions to help achieve client goals will be valuable in the continued growth of Dewberry’s architecture practice,” says Dewberry Director of Operations David Huey, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP. “Her deep involvement throughout the company has also allowed her to build momentum and strong relationships with staff in each office. I look forward to continuing to work with Erica to build on what she has already accomplished.”
