Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that Jason Mitchell, PE, CPD, LEED AP, has joined the firm as a senior project manager in the federal practice based in Huntsville, Alabama.
Mitchell has more than 22 years of experience in program
and project management, bidding and proposal development, manufacturing,
engineering site assessments and evaluations, mechanical and plumbing system
design, energy analysis, quality control, facilities engineering, system
commissioning, and construction management. For the past 16 years, this work
has been in support of programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval
Facilities Engineering Systems Command, and the General Services Administration.
Prior to joining Dewberry, Mitchell served as division president for a design-build
business and was responsible for all federal building technology programs.
Mitchell earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical
engineering from the University of Alabama (2000).
