Dewberry has hired Dave Emigh, PMP, as a senior project manager for the site/civil engineering department in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office. He will lead major power utility projects, including high voltage transmission lines and substations, power generation, and controls.
Emigh has more than 40 years of electric utility experience, including field construction, protections and controls, engineering, and project management. Prior to joining Dewberry, he worked as a technical consultant and project manager for Dominion Virginia Power.
Emigh graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in applied science in electrical engineering technology. He is a member of the Power System Relaying Committee and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers working groups.
