Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired David Rutkowski, PMP, as the manager for training and development in the human resources department. Based in the Fairfax, Virginia, office, he will be responsible for developing strategic and custom training programs enterprise-wide.
Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired David Rutkowski, PMP, as the manager for training and development in the human resources department. Based in the Fairfax, Virginia, office, he will be responsible for developing strategic and custom training programs enterprise-wide.
Rutkowski has more than a decade of experience building and implementing tailored training programs for both private- and public-sector clients. Prior to joining Dewberry, he served as the director of government curriculum solutions for ESI International, Inc., where he designed learning programs involving instructor-led virtual classrooms, e-learning, and social learning modalities for clients.
“These training programs will support Dewberry’s commitment to continuous education through maintaining professional licensing and focusing on critical soft skills, such as writing, public speaking, and mentoring,” said Rutkowski.
Rutkowski has a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees in English from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a member of the Association of Training and Development and the Project Management Institute.
