Midland County Centennial Library
Transforming a Commercial Space into a Public Library
We delivered a design that offered a flexible, engaging space for patrons of all ages to learn, grow, and have fun.
County commissioners would like to plan for two new libraries in the near future because of our work and the positive response they have received from the community.

We converted a former Linens-N-Things® retail store into a 33,000-square-foot library in Midland County, Texas. Our adaptive design of the Centennial Library incorporated the latest library trends and innovative technologies, such as a green screen, touch-screen displays, video projection, and a media lab, all while being very cost-effective.
