Colonial Town Park's Life Style Center features a walkable environment where retail shops, office buildings, and multi-family units are all within a comfortable distance of one another.
Development was a challenge since each project's construction had to be finished during the summer breaks.
Our designs included the relocation of a utility building and the reconstruction of New Jersey Turnpike Authority Central Shop buildings and local public works facilities.

Stetson University’s beautiful 165-acre DeLand campus continues to develop as the university upgrades its historic facilities and improves learning opportunities for its students. Located in downtown DeLand, Florida, the picturesque campus is dominated by historic live oak trees and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our professionals have supported the university’s capital plan for almost a decade, providing civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture design services while overseeing permitting and construction of multiple campus projects.
We provided civil engineering services for the university’s Stetson Athletic Complex, approximately seven new dormitory buildings, two new classroom buildings, an art center, various pedestrian and landscape improvements, and unique stormwater and utility designs.
