The Sevens, located at 777 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida, is one of the next generation apartments developed in the new, North Quarter district of downtown Orlando. This site is roughly 2.5 acres and is positioned on the north side of Colonial Drive.
As a consultant to The Pizzuti Company, we provided site/civil engineering services, including topographic and boundary surveys, master site planning, stormwater and utilities design, final plat, and construction administration. This also included managing permitting processes for the City of Orlando, St. Johns River Water Management District, Orlando Utilities Commission, and the Florida Department of Transportation. In addition, we provided construction level survey services for stakeout of the building corners and as-builts for various final certifications.
